Born and raised in Queens, New York, Phyllis Mathouser has traveled and lived in several states before moving to the New Hampshire seacoast in 1997. She has her Associates Degree from Kingsborough Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The College of Notre Dame. She is licensed as an associate broker in both NH and Maine for over 16 years. Living in Brentwood with her husband and two grown daughters along with two horses gives her the country feel after living in the city. She specializes in residential real estate of all kinds.
She has participated and supported the 4H program as well as the FFA (Future Farmers of America). Her passion is to help buyers and seller make the best possible choices when it comes to real estate.
