As a Maine native, Duncan has extensive knowledge of the greater Portland area, and he has a genuine love for what this area has to offer. After college, Duncan worked at IBM in Vermont and returned to Maine in 2000 when he accepted a position with National Semi-Conductor. Upon his return to Maine, Duncan realized his passion for real estate when he began personally investing in properties, and then in 2003 obtained his real estate license.  As a real estate investor himself; Duncan owns and manages several properties and runs a small property renovation company.  Duncan's extensive knowledge of the renovation process and the real estate market make him an invaluable advisor to both buyer and seller clients.  Duncan enjoys working with all clients; from the first time home buyer to the down sizing empty nester or long term investor.  Duncan works to make the home buying or selling experience seamless and enjoyable.
