We met Karen at an open house with no real impression of her either way…until we started working her. Karen is a no nonsense, get it done partner when it comes to either the buy or sell side of real-estate transactions. We know this since she not only sold us the home we built but also sold our prior home. On the sell side Karen knew the market and how to best market our home at a fair price. In fact we received a full offer price for our home. I think her appraisal experience was very helpful in pricing and assisting us in negotiating our home sale.
