Kathie has served both Buyers and Sellers in the Greater Portland/Southern Maine real estate market for over 14 years. She works with a full time licensed assistant, Mary Friesel who has been her team member for more than 10 years.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND
A North Carolina native, she has lived in Falmouth for over 16 years and holds a Master’s Degree in City Planning from Georgia Tech. She is active in many community activities and contributes a portion of every commission to the Children’s Miracle Network which goes directly to the neonatal intensive care unit at Maine Medical Center.
