Judy is working on her tenth year in the real estate industry. Most years she has increased her sales by 25% or more, and has received numerous awards, such as "Rookie of the Year", "Top Producer" and "Top Buyer Broker". She lives on the shore of Little Sebago Lake and specializes in waterfront properties for Greater Portland. Judy has also been a landlord for years and owns investment property and apartments in greater Portland. She is highly skilled in consulting clients for this type of real estate transaction as well.

Prior to real estate, Judy handled marketing and administration within the health care industry for 15 years. She holds a national certification in Contract Negotiations and a Graduate Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee.

Judy gives regularly to numerous civic and community efforts as a volunteer. She served for 3 years as the Chair of the transition committee at Cheverus High School; the Jesuit prep school in Portland. She also just completed a 3 year commitment on the Vestry of St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Falmouth, where she was Chair of the Stewardship Committee for 2 years, as well as the children's Christmas Pageant Director for 3 years. Judy also works at the Preble Street Soup Kitchen in Portland and spent 3 days at Ground Zero in 2001 with the Salvation Army. She worked for 2 weeks in Guatemala at Safe Passage, a social support system at the inner city garbage dump, in 2002. Judy contributes to Greater Portland Habitat for Humanity and feels a strong connection with this charity and her real estate career. But perhaps her favorite community work was regular visits to Mercy and Maine Medical Center with her golden retriever, Goldie, who was a certified pet therapist until 2002.

One of Judy's top priorities is her family. Her two sons, Jason, 29, and Justin, 27, set a goal with Judy more than 16 years ago to hike in every state in America and every province in Canada. To date, they have only 2 states and 2 provinces left! Judy also avidly skis, rock climbs and kayaks.
