Mark Walton has been a full time Real Estate Broker since 1987 and consistently been a top producer through repeat customers and knowledge of real estate. He has been through the highs and lows of our ever-changing market.
Mark's specialty is dealing with foreclosed properties & distressed properties, bank owed or REO's. They are not rul of the mill propertie and require certain techniques to getting them closed. Both 2009 & 2010, Mark ranked in top of the category for closed homes in a year. Mark finds REOs fun, challenging & always different.
Professionally, he has taken several continuing education courses to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Marke takes every deal and makes it a mission to achieve the results his clients wants.
Mark lives in Dayton, Maine with his wife, Robin. They have been married for 26 years and have 3 children. Mark & his family balance their time between work, church, fun & friends. Mark loves to ride Harley Davidson Motorcyles and snowmobile in the winter.
