Bio:
A licensed Appraiser founding Pillsbury Appraisal Services, Inc. in 2003, Rusty brings a great asset to the real estate associates in the community and to those at RE/MAX By The Bay. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has been teaching appraisal related courses since 1997. He has been a licensed Associate Broker since 1990 (inactive).
Rusty also turned his 20 year hobby of remodeling, renovated and selling residential homes into a thriving business in 2004 when he started Pillsbury Construction Management, Inc.
Rusty is a lifelong resident of Cape Elizabeth and a 1979 graduate of Cape Elizabeth High School . He is an active member of the Greater Portland Community. Since 2005, he has run the Cape Elizabeth youth lacrosse program and coached youth soccer and baseball. Rusty is also an avid skier. Married to his wife, Susan, for 20 years, they have 3 children.
