Bio:
It doesn't take a lot of time or tremendous effort to find the perfect home. Not when you have a broker on your side who carefully listens to your needs. Or one who uses her vast research and marketing skills to get your home sold as efficiently as possible.
Judy is in her thirteenth year in the real estate and has received numerous awards including "Rookie of the Year", "Top Producer" and "Top Buyer Broker". She lives on the shore of Little Sebago Lake and specializes in waterfront properties.
Judy also owns several investment properties and apartments in greater Portland, and she is highly skilled in consulting clients on these type of transactions.
Prior to real estate, Judy worked for 15 years in marketing and administration within the health care industry. She holds a national certification in Contract Negotiations and a Graduate Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee.
Judy’s recent civic and community efforts including volunteering at the Preble Street Soup Kitchen, Cheverus High School and at The Episcopal Church of Saint Mary, where she has served on the vestry, chaired the stewardship committee and directed the Christmas pageant. Outside of Maine, Judy has donated her time at sites from Ground Zero to Guatemala.
One of Judy's top priorities is her two adult sons and two rescue pets, “Marvin” the Akita, and “Lucky” the cat. Marvin is also a pet therapist at the two local hospitals.
This past year Judy and her sons completed a longtime-goal to hike in all 50 U.S. states!
Judy also avidly skis, rock climbs and kayaks.
