Meet Carol Ann Doucette, your Re/Max Greater Portland specialist. Carol Ann has been a Realtor since 1991. Within a short period of time, after entering the industry, she was named the Real Trends Rookie of the Year. This national designation is bestowed upon only a small number of agents across the United States. Her attention to detail, caring, compassion and zeal for the job at hand have made her a true "friend" to those she has been involved with over the years. Those friends have provided her with a referral base that continues to grow based on a high level of satisfaction from her clients. She has consistently been a multimillion-dollar producer and one of the top agents in the area. She has been a Re/Max agent since 1999..

Carol Ann believes that education is one of the most important aspects of her career. It not only provides her with the tools and skills necessary in this ever-changing industry, but also allows her to educate her clients. She is a Certified Buyer Agent, a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and was awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. She has also completed the course for Designated Broker, the highest level of licensing within the state.  The Re/Max Satellite Network provides continual training with top educators and real estate trainers throughout the United States.  Carol Ann has completed courses related to selling real estate with national trainer Brian Buffini  and top selling international Re/Max agent in the world, Craig Proctor, again maximizing her skills as a Realtor. She is a member of the Portland Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

In 2008, Carol Ann received her national accreditation as a home staging specialist. As part of her listing services she offers her staging expertise. A year round resident of Little Sebago Lake, Carol Ann has many connections with local environmental and lake agencies and is involved with the Little Sebago Lake Association. In 2007 she met with Governor Baldacci  in Augusta and traveled to Washington D.C. working on the first of it’s kind Milfoil Initiative for federal funding for milfoil mitigation in the state of Maine. Milfoil is an invasive plant threating the 6000 water bodies in the state of Maine. In October of 2009 $500,000 was granted to the Maine Milfoil  Initiative for use in 2010.  She continues to work towards additional funding for 2011.

Carol Ann enjoys boating, gardening, kayaking, home improvement projects and traveling.
