For over three decades Guy Gledhill has been serving his clients to help meet their real estate dreams. This has given him first-hand knowledge about the Greater Portland real estate market conditions and trends. He listens to what his buyers and sellers say while recognizing their emotional and financial needs since 1976. His caring, honest and respectful service has provided him with many years of 100% Club membership with RE/MAX in the Greater Portland area which serves the markets South to Biddeford, North to Brunswick and West to Naples.

Guy’s team includes his wife, Ginny, a Licensed Associate Broker along with the entire staff at REMAX By The Bay. Together they are responsible to their clients with creative ideas to draw attention to their home to help make it more attractive to the world of buyers. As a client your communication starts with your first meeting, phone call or email and will continue for years to come.

• The First Congregational Church of South Portland on Meeting House Hill, Head of House Committee and part of Administration team
• Centerboard Yacht Club, Secretary and Past Commodore
• Member of the International Propeller Club
  

Giving back to his community Guy feels that this is an important commitment and does so responsibly. He is on the Board of Directors at Kaler-Vaill, a home for Senior Women in Scarborough and also served as its President. He also served Scarborough as Town Election Warden for 25 years.

Guy has received several designations and awards over his three plus decades of serving the Greater Portland real estate market. Some of them include: The Maine Association of Realtors-lifetime member, full time Multimillion Dollar Producer since 1976, several years of RE/MAX 100% Club, and member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
