Bio:
Derrick originally came to Maine to work as a wilderness instructor and course director at the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School in Newry. His client approach is based on his education background, working with a consultation style and innovative marketing approach. His goal in working with clients is to educate based on market trends so that when decisions are made, clients are confident and informed.
A graduate of the University of Vermont, Derrick has worked at RE/MAX By The Bay since 2003. Originally as a managing broker with the #1 Volume Real Estate Team in the State of Maine, Derrick continues to serve his clients with extensive market knowledge and high attention to detail. Derrick's consistent communication and shared understanding of his clients' priorities have lead to a strong customer base of repeat and referred business from satisfied clients.
